WHAT HAPPENED

Keep the decision. And the reason.

Events, sessions, and outcomes give the next agent the history behind the work.

A LITTLE MORE CONTEXT

Memory, made clear.

What is Automaton Memory System?

Automaton Memory System (AMS) is memory infrastructure for AI agents. It preserves events, knowledge, and procedures so useful context can carry from one session to the next.

How does agent memory work?

An agent recalls relevant context, acts within its permissions, and records useful outcomes. A continuation can carry its goal, next action, and blockers into a new session.

What does AMS remember?

AMS organizes memory into three tiers: episodic memory for what happened, semantic memory for what it means, and procedural memory for how to do it again.

Does memory give an agent permission to act?

No. Remembering a procedure does not authorize execution. Permissions and approvals remain the responsibility of the agent runtime.
